Here's a mega update to speed up the blog backlog. Manny got Employee of the Quarter again at work, Naomi received her Volunteer of the Week award, and we celebrated Isaac's 10th birthday with a visit to the kitten lounge, Legends Pizza, and ice cream cake. He didn't want a big party. St. Patrick's Day and Pi Day were excuses for treats. Naomi finally got to take the Covid-postponed trip to L.A. for her Fashion Design and Marketing Club. They sold a lot of chocolates to help pay for the trip! One of the girls who went has known Naomi since they were 4, and they reconnected a bit on the trip. Naomi started getting her acceptance letters from the Cal State schools at this point. You will likely hear less and less about Naomi in my blog, as she is 18 now. Even though my audience is small for this blog, I still want to give her more privacy.
